新加坡IDA是当地咨询通信发展管理局机构，该机构主要通过官方网来管理全球各类无线通讯设备终端的认证申请以及后期市场监管。
按不同产品，IDA主要分为三种认证方式。
1、Enhanced SimplifiedEquipment Registration, ESER (Self-declaration).
2、Simplified EquipmentRegistration, SER (Self-declaration).
3、General EquipmentRegistration, GER (Declaration certified by an IDA recognized body or evaluatedby IDA).
